Good sound & fit, poor color management and other stuff

I bought this pair from fab.com.

The actual color of these earphones is neon green. The photo on here makes them look almost a kelly green. This was a big disappointment for me as I really do not like neon colors. Poor color management is a large part of why I only rated these at 3 stars, but not the only reason.

The packaging of the earphones is made from eco-friendly cardboard which is nice to recycle. However, it's awkward to get the earphones out of the layered packaging. Plus, there was cardboard dust all over the rubber ear buds that is difficult to remove without not wanting to bust out some Q-tips to make sure you don't have cardboard dust stuck in your ear.

The silver plastic piece at the bottom of the left ear piece came detached. It doesn't seem to fall out on its own, but if I run my fingers down the side of the that ear piece, the silver part comes right out. I am working with fab.com to get a replacement pair.

Other than those 3 things, they fit in my ears really well and I think the sound is better than a pair of Philips earphones that I bought for about $30.
